Dr. John Croasdale
Senior Pastor
Dr. John Croasdale began his ministry as the Senior Pastor of Eastridge Baptist Church on May 12, 2024. Pastor John received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Ministry in 2018 and his Masters of Divinity in 2022 at Criswell College in Dallas, TX. Additionally, he received his Doctor of Ministry degree in the spring of 2024 at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, TX.
Pastor John is married to Britni and they have five children: Andrew, Kolten, Daisy, John Luke, and Jett. A great truth from God's Word that is near and dear to their family is found in Jesus Christ's response to a significant question “Who then can be saved?” But Jesus looked at them and said, “With men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible." Mark 10:26-27.
JT Cates
Minister of Music and Youth
JT Cates began his ministry as the Minister of Music and Youth at Eastridge Baptist Church on September 1, 2024. JT received his Bachelor of Science in University Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington (2013), and earned a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership at Criswell College (2019). JT is currently earning his Master of Arts in Worship Leadership from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, TX. JT is married to Madison and they have three sons: Thomas, Rory, and Emerson. JT’s greatest desire is to sing the song of Jesus all of his life and lead others to do so as well.

Britni Croasdale
Preschool Director
Britni began her ministry at Eastridge Baptist Church alongside her husband in May of 2024, and became the Director of the Preschool shortly after. Britni received her Bachelor of Science degree in Education at East Texas Baptist University in Marshall, TX in 2013, and her Masters in Educational Leadership at Dallas Baptist University in Dallas, TX in 2017. Additionally, Britni has earned her Principal and ESL (English as Second Language) certifications and her Childcare Director license. God has given Britni a deep passion to instill His eternal truth into the little hearts of all preschool-aged children, no matter their background. Britni’s desire is to fulfill Jesus’ desire for every preschooler: “But Jesus said, ‘Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven’” (Matt 19:14).
